The quality of our training content, materials and delivery have enabled us to gain accreditation by an external professional body. Sandler Training are members of the CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Certification Service. Many professional bodies encourage their members to take a certain number of CPD courses each year to retain their professional status. For example in the legal profession 25% of their CPD training must come from Law Society courses but they are encouraged to find the 75% in other areas thus broadening their experience. The training was refreshing, and an eye-opening experience, prompting the development of practical, applicable and most of all effective skills and techniques. Iain is an excellent teacher capable of confidently, and clearly explaining the material involved and ecouraging its practical application. The regular coaching that followed ensured the techniques and skills learned during the training were refined, well practised and continually utilised rather than forgotten.
